Whether it is an all day event or an evening affair, our team will be ready to capture the perfect confident, approachable headshot that is ideal for social networking or event bios. Our standard package provides a low-resolution headshot, which is licensed and professionally edited, with high-resolution options available.
So how does it all work?
To ensure we get the most out of the day we like to arrive early, providing us enough time to prepare for the first guest through the doors! Our most popular times tend to be lunch time and coffee breaks (even really keen delegates love having their headshots taken at 9am!).
All we need from you is a space of roughly 3X3 meters and a plug socket. Our pop-up studio really is pop-up and can fit into the corner, preventing the flashing lights taking away from the main event, well as little as possible due to high demand!
Our headshot photo-shoots take up to 5 minutes per person and provide each individual their own gallery to take home and choose their favourite image. We are able to shoot upwards of 90 people over a full day event and love guiding everyone through the process, making it enjoyable, fun and relaxed, to produce the highest quality results. Our passion for the task ahead ensures we do not compromise the quality of work leaving all of your guests with the professional headshot they need.
Once this process is complete all images are collated and emailed to your delegates in their own, individual gallery, providing them the opportunity to choose their favourite image, after all, who wants a headshot they don’t like? Following this decision our professional editing team give each selected image the little touch up their deserve to polish the image ready for social networking. This process takes all in all roughly a week, giving your delegates the value they deserve a week following your event.
For exhibitions, where you may not know the delegate, we provide you with post event data, so you can follow up on that all-important sales or marketing opportunity. As well as the significant additional footfall we attract to the stand and not forgetting the free image for the delegate, this proves to be a great return on your investment.
