How it works:
We like to set up and be ready to start shooting as people arrive for registration. Most popular times to shoot are lunchtime and coffee breaks. We can also stay on for post- event networking depending on demand.
Space wise we need a small 3 x 3 metre area adjacent to a wall or corner of a room with a nearby plug socket.
We work quickly spending a few minutes per person and can photograph approx 90 people per photographer per day, without compromising the quality of our service.
Our team will take care of all the administration, collecting contact details etc and any bespoke data, etc.
Post event we load each client’s images onto a separate personal gallery for viewing and selection purposes (usually within 24 hrs of the event).
Delegates can choose their favourite image in their own time which will then be professionally edited and finished by our editing team. Editing takes approximately three working days.
Clients are sent a link to download their edited event headshots, ready to upload directly to their online profiles.
