GREEN TEA – Green tea has a whole host of benefits. It has anti-aging and antioxidant benefits that can help delay signs of ageing skin such as wrinkles, sagging and sunspots. It can help clear acne, reduce puffiness and improve overall skin complexion.

GREEN JUICE – Probably one of the healthiest and revitalising drinks on the list, stocked to the brim with essential vitamins and minerals needed for glowing skin!
