I want you to have a go at “dancing like nobody is watching”
When was the last time you danced?
I don’t mean the awkward side-to-side shuffle made famous by Rick Astley!
I mean really turn the music up loud, and have a good old dance!
The kind of dance where your kids are embarrassed, or the dog gives you a really funny look!
You don’t need to be a “good” dancer, or even to have a sense of rhythm.
And you don’t need to dance in front of anyone else –
You can have a kitchen disco while you’re cooking the dinner this evening!
Dancing is a great way to get your body moving and to release some happy hormones too.
Find yourself a happy tune, turn it up loud, and get down to the very serious business of having fun!
