Our Photographers

• Every associate photographer works under a written agreement, reviewed every year
• They follow our data protection, data breach and people policies

Data Protection

• Registered with the ICO, number ZA095589
• For corporate shoots you are the controller and we are the processor
• Galleries online for 18 months. Raw images deleted after 5 years
• Any data breach reported to you within 24 hours
• No data sent outside the UK without your approval, where your contract requires it
• Full details in our privacy policy

Image Licence

• Once the invoice is paid, you can use the images for any business purpose, with no time limit
• Copyright stays with us, as in our terms and conditions

Invoicing

• Payment terms: 30 days
• We work with purchase orders
• Multi-office projects: one point of contact and one invoice
