Our specially trained event headshots photographers will set up a pop up headshot studio and capture delegates headshots in a series of mini sessions throughout the day or evening of your event. You can choose between supplying them a high or low resolution headshot courtesy of you.

How it works.
We like to arrive and be set up ready to start shooting as people arrive for registration. Most popular times to shoot are lunchtime and coffee breaks. We can stay on for post event networking depending on demand.
Space wise we need a small 3×3 metre area adjacent to a wall or corner of the room with a nearby plug socket.
We work quickly spending a few minutes per person and can photograph upwards of 90 + people at a one day event without compromising the quality of our offering.
Our team will take care of all the admin, collecting names and email addresses details etc,
Post event we load each clients images onto a separate personal gallery for viewing and selection purposes (usually within 2 days of the event).
Delegates can then choose their favourite image in their own time which will then be professionally edited and finished by our editing team. Editing takes approx 3 working days.
Clients are then sent a link to download their edited event headshots image ready to upload onto their online profiles
