How it works

We like to set up and be ready to start shooting as people arrive for registration. Most popular times to shoot are lunchtime and coffee breaks. We can stay on for post event networking depending on demand.

Space wise we need a small 3 x 3 metre area adjacent to a wall or corner of a room with a nearby plug socket.

We work quickly spending a few minutes per person and can photograph upwards of 90+ people at a one day event, without compromising the quality of our service.

Our team will take care of all the administration, collecting names and email address details etc.

Post event we load each client’s images onto a separate personal gallery for viewing and selection purposes (usually within two days of the event).

Delegates can choose their favourite image in their own time which will then be professionally edited and finished by our editing team. Editing takes approximately three working days.

Clients are sent a link to download their edited event headshots, ready to upload directly on to their online profiles.  Enquire now for more details on how event headshots can add value to your event, exhibition or conference.
